Blink Vice President of Planning and Media Eti Suruzon, who is based in Israel, spotted an ad in Hebrew, which read:

Facebook for business: A team of experts is ready to get you started with a 28-day program, free-of-charge. Click to register.

The ad contained a link to the Facebook Start to Success Program page, which added the following details:

A team of experts is ready to help you get started with a free* 28-day program, which includes personalized consulting sessions, as well as email and phone support. By enrolling into this program, you’ll also become eligible for a £25 free ad credit*.

*Please note: The Start to Success program is only for new Facebook advertisers and requires a minimum advertising budget of £30 ($46.96) per day (or local equivalent amount) for the first 28 days. This minimum budget is required to help you extract the maximum value out of this 28-day program.
