PastPosts Rebrands As Timehop For Facebook Timeline

PastPosts, a daily email featuring users’ Facebook activity from the same date one year ago, relaunched as Timehop.
However, other than developer Jonathan Wegener saying in an email that some “major bugs” were fixed, it’s not clear what the differences are between Timehop and its predecessor.
And with the launch of Facebook’s new timeline profile, anyone wishing to look up their Facebook posts from the previous year can do so easily, although Timehop does provide the convenience of receiving the information via email.
In addition to Facebook, emails from Timehop also provide users with their Twitter tweets, foursquare check-ins, and Instagram photo uploads from the same date one year earlier.
