Let’s Talk Boasts Alternative To Facebook Messenger

Looking for a third-party alternative to Facebook Messager? CloudTalk has a solution.

Looking for a third-party alternative to Facebook Messager? CloudTalk says, “Let’s Talk.”

The San Francisco-based social communications platform released a free Let’s Talk app for the iPhone via the iTunes App Store, saying that an Android version will follow soon.

Let’s Talk allows users to exchange voice, text, photos, and video within the same message exchange, and the messages can only be seen by members of the users’ social or professional circles.

Features include:

  • Private messaging, one-on-one or in a group;
  • Phe ability to copy and paste between conversations;
  • Adding other users to conversations already under way;
  • Creating private, invitation-only groups;
  • Viewing of group chats in a single inbox that groups all conversations in an interactive timeline.

Let’s Talk is powered by the CloudTalk platform, which also features voice messaging, text messaging, and multimedia sharing.

CloudTalk Chairman and Chief Executive Officer David Hayden explains:

With the success of our CloudTalk app came many requests, especially from business users, to create a private version. With Let’s Talk, you can communicate within your social and professional circles privately with many of the same communications options you love in the CloudTalk app.

Let’s Talk is a precursor to a private-label application we will be offering soon to businesses that want to leverage the CloudTalk platform and deliver high-quality mobile social communications offerings to their users more quickly and cost-effectively.
