Another application from the Facebook NPE Team was spotted in Canada, and this one’s a Whale.
Whale is a meme-creation app available for iOS users in Canada.
According to the app’s listing in the iTunes App Store, users can either take a photo or choose one from their camera roll or from a library of stock images.
Text, images, emojis, filters and other effects including laser eyes, vortex and bulge can be added to turn that image into a meme, with customization options for font and color, as well as a freeform draw tool.
