Facebook improves post scheduling, notifies page owners of scheduled posts

Facebook has apparently improved the process by which a page owner schedules a post, as first noticed by Jon Loomer. Previously, to schedule a post from a Facebook page, the admin had to drop down to select day, month, hour and minute. Now, page owners can just select date on a calendar and a time — much like booking a flight.

Loomer loves this change, as it makes the act of scheduling a post much simpler, but he did offer one warning:

While it appears that you can pick any time you want (like 8:43 instead of having to go with the options Facebook provides), that seems to create some problems.
