Facebook Drops 16 Spots on Glassdoor’s Best Places to Work in 2020 List

It’s not always sunny in Menlo Park, Calif., as Facebook slipped from No. 1 on job and recruiting site Glassdoor’s list of Best Places to Work in 2018 to No. 7 on the 2019 list, followed by a plummet to No. 23 on the just-released Best Places to Work in 2020 list. LinkedIn took a little bit of a hit, too, sliding to No. 12 in the 2020 rankings from No. 6 last year. Google lost three spots, finishing at No 11, while Apple dropped 13 spots to No. 84. HubSpot topped the list for the first time, and newcomers to the top 100 in the tech sector were SurveyMonkey, Dell Technologies and Slack.
