Facebook Boosts Notifications For Page Admins
Page administrators are seeing an additional notification icon on their pages.
Page administrators are seeing an additional notification icon on their pages — it’s visible in user mode.
The added notification shows up regardless of whether an admin surfs Facebook using their personal identity or as the page admin.
The new icon appears on the right-hand side of the page, above the link suggesting “promote with an ad” and below the link enabling the admin to surf Facebook using their page’s identity.
The addition of the notifications in the right-hand column of the page saves admins an extra click: clicking on the “use Facebook as” link and then look at the globe icon in the top navigation bar.
