Exclusive: LAT Magazine to Lose Its Senior Editor

FBLA has learned that Los Angeles Times Magazine senior editor Jod Kaftan has given notice and will be leaving the magazine to become director of content for a social media start up. Aside from content supervision, his duties will include handling “UX,” which we had to Google to learn means “user experience.”

“It’s bittersweet to leave editorial,” Kaftan tells us by email, “but I’m still going to write when I can.”
