Eventblimp aims to provide one-stop-shop for finding events near you

Boulder, Colorado-based Eventblimp aims to show mobile users every interesting event happening around them by combining features from multiple platforms, including Facebook, Meetup, Eventbrite, Bandsintown, SeatGeek and Eventful. To do so, the company has secured angel funding from private equity firm Grey Mountain Partners.

In Eventblimp, users connect to Facebook to see which events their friends are attending, or events near them, which include everything from a professional event at a convention center to a concert at a bar.
