Erin Andrews' Stalker Doesn't Have to Foot Security Bill

Lost among all the Lindsay Lohan-related news yesterday, was an interesting tidbit on TMZ about ESPN’s Erin Andrews and her stalker Michael David Barrett.

It seems ESPN sued Barrett to get him to pay the $327,442.27 the network forked out for security expenses to protect Andrews during the heat of the stalking scandal. A California District Court judge, however, sided with Barrett, writing “ESPN voluntarily paid all costs on behalf of direct victim Erin Andrews and restitution to ESPN is therefore not appropriate.”
