Ericsson/Distimo App Stores (all major ones) Report: Most Apps Are Under $2. Most Android Apps Are Free (60%)
Still with me on this blog? I’m not finished with statistics yet today (see my Pew Internet commentary). Ericsson Labs published interesting data from report about app stores. This report looks at data from the Apple App Store for iPad, the Apple App Store for iPhone, BlackBerry App World (worldwide), Google Android Market, Nokia Ovi Store, Palm App Catalog and Windows Marketplace for Mobile for July 2010 in the United States.

– 60+% of all apps in all app stores is below or equal to $2.
