Elle is putting on weight. According to WWD, starting with its March 2016 issue, the magazine will increase its trim size from eight inches by 10 7/8 inches to nine inches by 10 7/8 inches.
We know. A one inch jump doesn’t make you excited. It doesn’t make you want to text your friends with emojis that you eventually have to explain with words. But hey, it’s not really for you. The trim size increase is meant to attract more luxury ad dollars.
