Dropbox for Android
File synchronization services are very handy for people who use multiple computers and handheld devices, and the service that I am currently using is Dropbox. Dropbox has clients for Windows, Macintosh, and Linux as well as an iPhone application. To copy files across my Mac and Windows PCs I just drop files into folders in Dropbox and it automatically synchronizes that file.
As I suggested earlier, you can also share files using Dropbox on the iPhone, but there is not currently a Dropbox app for Android.
