Years ago when I was a new dad, one of the things I looked forward to was reading Dr. Seuss stories outloud. There is something entertaining about simply uttering the simple string of words that makes up each Seuss story. New dads, moms, grandparents, and anyone else reading to kids have a lot more options these days. One of the options are the reasonably priced multimedia versions of the Seuss classics for the iPad, iPhone, and iPod touch that can narrate itself as well as be read by a person in the more traditional style.
