New HBO Doc on Fat Folks Comes to D.C.

What are the chances of this weird coincidence? The Weight of the Nation, a new documentary series on HBO that takes “an unflinching look” at the severity of the obesity epidemic and its crippling effects on our health care system, is headed to Washington. And get this, one of the expert docs from the film to attend is the aptly-named Dr. William Dietz. He’s a nutrition, physical activity and obesity director at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
