Downie Wraps Up His Last Day
Today, Washington Post Executive Editor Len Downie had his last day at the paper in that position.
Each day, the noon and 6 p.m. story conferences are called by ringing a
triangle/dinner bell over the intercom.
Today, they were called by the recorded playing of the Ohio State fight
song, to honor the Ohio State alum.
