Does the Kindle app make your Apple devices run out of batteries? Dave Schumaker, the community manager at tech blog gdgt, has noticed this problem when he is reading his Kindle app and asked about it on a gdgt discussion board.
He posted: “It’s something I’ve noticed recently while reading on various forms of public transportation or in a cafe. An hour or so of reading will usually result in about 15-20% battery loss. This seems pretty excessive to me.
