Disney Acquires iPad Game Developer Tapulous
The Walt Disney Company has acquired Tapulous, a company that develops games for the iPad.
Tapulous’s biggest claim to fame is the iPad game, Tap Tap Revenge, a music game that has ben downloaded millions of times.
Disney has a number of video games and book versions of its popular franchises including Toy Story, Hannah Montana and Mickey Mouse.
With Amazon’s new video books on the iPad, perhaps this acquisition will bring some interactive Disney books to the iPad.
