The White House's chief technology officer, Megan Smith (who technically works for the Office of Science and Technology Policy), may be a seasoned digital executive, but she certainly hasn't lost her faith in the positive aspects of the Internet.

Smith was a guest speaker at the Time Inc./Intel "Women Who Spark" event at the Venetian in Las Vegas during CES this week, and she took a minute to speak with Adweek.
