Design Within Reach’s Future No Longer Such a Stretch

If you’re at all curious about a follow-up to some coverage we had that reached its peak back in November about Design Within Reach‘s dire stock market straits (see: they were about to get de-listed due to late or non-existent quarterly filings), you’ll be interested in learning that the company has finally turned things around, caught up and now everything is all gravy once more. Here’s the basic idea:

Design Within Reach, Inc. (Nasdaq:DWRI) today announced that it has filed its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the third quarter ended September 30, 2006 with the Securities and Exchange Commission and complied with the February 20, 2007 filing deadline established by the Nasdaq Listing Qualifications Panel. The Company is now current in its filings and will notify The Nasdaq Stock Market that it is in compliance with the filing requirements for continued listing on The Nasdaq Global Market.
