Design Within Chicago

Chris Bakke sent us a few shots of what emerging Midwestern designers do on a Thursday night for fun. The “MODERN + DESIGN + FUNCTION: Chicago Furniture Now” exhibiton opened at the North Avenue Design Within Reach store with what looks like a pretty bumpin’ party. A panel of judges including DWR founder Rob Forbes picked a winner–we hope it was the neon artist pictured above.
