Dave Barry Killed the Newspaper

Or should we say the absence of Dave Barry killed the newspaper. At least that’s what the longtime syndicated columnist (now retired) Barry recently suggested in an interview with Marketplace’s Steve Chiotakis.
“Well I mean, can’t be mere coincidence that when I stopped writing my column, the entire industry collapsed. But I think part of it was.”
Barry also suggests newspapers would be wise to stop letting English majors run things. Listen to the full interview here. Funny stuff.
