The date is set for President Obama’s first official State of the Union address- next Wednesday, January 27th at 9pmET. By our count, the NYT‘s Jeff Zeleny was the first to report the date, quickly confirmed by the White House press office and press secretary Robert Gibbs.
At that time, CBS and NBC appear to be in repeats, ABC has new programming “Modern Family” and “Cougar Town” and Fox has a new “American Idol,” according to TVGuide.
