Dana, Donny and Marie: A Reunion 35 Years In The Making
CNN’s Dana Bash was reunited with some long lost friends at the Donny and Marie concert on Tuesday night. According to Carl Hulse of The New York Times, the chief congressional correspondent met up with the sibling stars, Donny and Marie Osmond, at the National Theater following the show.
Dana, a lifelong fan of the duo, attended one of their concerts all the way back in 1979 with her brother at the age of 8 (seen in the picture on the left).
Hulse, who happened to be with Dana when she found out she had backstage passes to the event, says that based on her reaction, “you would have thought the Beatles were back.”
