“Can you be an ambitious person who is, nonetheless, striving for enlightenment?” That’s the mission statement from ABC News reporter Dan Harris for his brand new podcast 10% Happier, an offshoot of an earlier book and App about the professional benefits of meditation.
If Harris drew up an ideal guest list for this new project, he could not have hoped for a better result than the one that has hit the airwaves this week. The video feed for Episode #1 begins with a shot of Harris intoning:
