Dan Berman Will Join National Journal; Ben Pershing Promoted
Dan Berman will be joining National Journal as an assistant managing editor, announced Editor-in-Chief and President Tim Grieve today in a staff memo.
Berman most recently worked as the White House editor for POLITICO, and will now oversee coverage of Congress, the White House and policy for NJ.
“This is a great hire for us,” said Tim Grieve in the staff memo. “I know Dan’s skills first hand: He worked hand-in-hand with me in creating Politico Pro, first as Energy Editor and then as Deputy Managing Editor.
