The Daily Dot Adds Four

The relatively new site beefs up its editorial staff.

The Daily Dot, a site that covers Internet culture, has added four staffers to its editorial team. Details are below.

  • Derrick Clifton has been named deputy opinion editor. Clifton previously served as a staff writer fro Mic. He has also contributed to The Huffington Post, The Advocate and more. Clifton has served as an expert source on race and gender issues for NPR and MSNBC.
  • Mary Emily O’Hara has joined as a staff writer and LGBT reporter, a new role at Daily Dot.
