Cut&Paste Expands Digital Design Tournament for 2009

Having discovered that people will gather to watch other people play on Photoshop for a couple of hours, Cut&Paste is gearing up for a big 2009. The three-year-old design booster organization is planning “the biggest, baddest” digital design tournament ever, with a tour roster of 16 cities—from Los Angeles to Sydney—and a slate of three competitions (2D, 3D, and motion graphics) per city. It all comes together in June with a new global championship, in which the 48 winners from all 16 cities will duke it out for the world title in New York.
