Current Handling PR for Infantino Baby Sling Recall
After recent warnings from the Consumer Product Safety Commission that over-the-shoulder baby slings can be deadly for children younger than 4 months old, “San Diego-based Infantino LLC is pulling two of its carriers — SlingRider and Wendy Bellissimo — off the market altogether,” ABC News reports.
The CPSC says the slings are responsible for the death of three babies over the last year.
Chicago-based Current is PR agency of record for Infantino. The agency put out a release today announcing the recall.
