Craigslist Shuts Its International 'Adult Services' Sections

Just a few months after a successful effort by The Rebecca Project to get Craigslist to close its American “adult services” section, the website has now shut down all its international “adult services” pages. The announcement was made last week, just before Christmas. Connecticut Attorney General Richard Blumenthal told the Associated Press that “Craigslist representatives confirmed to his office Tuesday that it had removed erotic services listings from hundreds of sites in dozens of other countries.”
