I am pleased to announce that Dave Clarke, co-editor of CQ’s highly successful Budget Tracker, will join Jodi Schneider’s Economics and Finance team as a budget and appropriations reporter. Dave has worked closely with Chuck Conlon to bring Budget Tracker subscribers’ timely insights about budget and appropriations developments in Congress. Dave has a sophisticated and in-depth understanding of the congressional budget process and there is little doubt his knowledge will enrich our budget coverage.
