Conrad Black Loses Palm Beach Home

Former publishing mogul Conrad Black, known also as “prisoner 18330-424,” has now lost his Palm Beach mansion. This is the same mansion in which Black threw himself a lavish “I’m Going Off To Jail For 6.5 Years” party before being jailed at the Coleman Federal Correctional Complex in Central Florida on conviction of fraud.

Conrad and his wife, Barbara Amiel Black, transferred ownership of the oceanfront property — estimated at about $32 million — to Blackfield Holdings LLC to settle a $11.6 million mortgage.

The home boasts five bedrooms, six bathrooms, a three-car garage, a tennis court, an elevator, indoor gym, personal movie theater and special quarters for both guests and staff.
