ConnecTV Network Launches Watercooler for Olympic TV Chat

Chat is one of the precursors to social media, and was one of the first social experiences on the web. For years, users would jump on random chat rooms on the web to talk about whatever discussion they were interested in at the time. New ideas like hashtag chats have replaced that, but ConnecTV is hoping their new Watercooler service will revitalize real-time chat.
