CondéNet Purchases SFO*Media, Expands Travel Empire
Travel blogs HotelChatter.com and Jaunted.com are joining the CondéNet world. Everyone’s favorite media conglomerate purchased the pair’s parent company, SFO*Media, for an undisclosed sum earlier today.
In a release, Sarah Chubb, president of CondéNet, said “HotelChatter.com and Jaunted.com each have strong voices in the travel world, attracting a large community of passionate travelers. This deal increases our travel footprint and adds to our portfolio a group of sites for advertisers who target an active, passionate, and upscale consumer.”
