Condé Nast Still Negotiating A Downtown Move
Back in May, we reported that Condé Nast might be considering a move away from its current ToonTown Disney Times Square location to 1 World Trade Center. Well, it seems that move is now closer to becoming reality. Today, the company told employees via memo that it is currently in “active negotiations” to move to the 1,776-foot building.
The rumor that the company will take up somewhere up to one million square feet in the building remains, although the Port Authority is still remaining mum regarding the move, which is still likely months in the making.
