Condé Nast Moves Bon Appétit To NYC
Movin’ on up! All Things Digital’s Peter Kafka Tweeted earlier today that Condé Nast is moving Bon Appétit to New York City as it bids editor Barbara Fairchild a fond farewell. Actually, Kafka named a naughty mag for primate enthusiasts, but we know what he meant.
Fairchild, who had been at the magazine for 32 years, will be replaced later this year. She will still contribute to Bon Appétit while also pursuing other opportunities.
The magazine’s New York move, meanwhile, was prompted by a need for it to “strategically align our brands for future growth and to enhance efficiencies and coordination by consolidating our assets,” according
