Coincident TV Flips Switch on Private Beta

Coincident TV officially launched its CTV hypervideo software suite in private beta, and selected users will be able to use its authoring, viewing, and measurement tools to combine online video, social media, links, and e-commerce.

The company said co-founders David Kaiser and Bruce Schwartz and their executive team bring experience from industry leaders including Macromedia, Adobe, Apple, Endemol, Viacom, and Openwave, adding that CTV is targeted toward viewers, content creators, and media companies.

The CTV beta will be available to the public during the second quarter.
