CNN's Christa Robinson to Lead CBS News' Communications
Because running PR for CNN gets really busy.
CBS News has a new PR sheriff in town — Christa Robinson, formerly CNN and Tribune chief of communications, will become CBS News’ senior vice president of communications.
“Christa is a top-notch executive who has great knowledge of journalism and of communication strategy, and that is a terrific combination,” [CBS News President David] Rhodes said. “As we grow audience across all distribution channels, it’s essential we have the right person to tell our story. I look forward to working with Christa to shine a light on the great programming and original reporting our correspondents and producers do every day.”
