Viewers Can Get Their Claws in the Premiere of TNT’s Drama Series via Twitter
U.S. Twitter users will be able to access the stream and a curated timeline of related tweets via claws.twitter.com or @ClawsTNT
The premiere episode of TNT drama series Claws will air Sunday, June 11, at 9 p.m. (ET/PT), and the cable network announced that the episode will stream on Twitter immediately thereafter (at 10 p.m. ET).
TNT said this marks Twitter’s first-ever streaming of a basic cable drama, adding that U.S. Twitter users will be able to access the stream—along with a curated timeline of related tweets—via claws.twitter.com or @ClawsTNT.
The network added that cast members Niecy Nash, Carrie Preston, Jenn Lyon, Judy Reyes and Karrueche Tran will live-tweet from New Orleans, where Claws is filmed, during the premiere episode.
Twitter chief operating officer Anthony Noto said in a release announcing the stream:
