City Paper Stays Dry

We are sad to report that at yesterday’s Adams Morgan Day, unlike last year, you could not dunk City Paper-ers. In fact there was no dunking both at all. One City Paper-er told us they “wanted to try something different” this year, although he admitted that, given Sunday’s heat, he wish you could dunk him in some water.
