CicLAvia Big News in Southern California
LA’s 10/10/10 CicLAvia event was a huge success this past weekend, and drew media coverage from all over Southern California. Estimates are 100,000 Angelenos took to the streets on Sunday. The event had folks at the Union-Tribune in San Diego wondering if their city could pull off a similar event. Based on the comments on the website, it won’t be happening anytime soon.
“One word: paralysis,” said the San Diegans. Yet another reason why we live in Los Angeles.
