Chuck Todd Joins Stephen Colbert to Discuss Midterm Elections
Moderator of NBC’s “Meet the Press” Chuck Todd was a guest on last night’s “Colbert Report” to discuss his fascination with politics, today’s midterm elections, and his forthcoming book, The Stranger: Barack Obama in the White House, on shelves next week.
Chuck explained why control of the Senate may not play out until January 2015:
Todd: “These midterms are so exciting, I know you love them so much. Not only could we have recounts — you love those, not only will it take the Iditarod to get the votes from the bush country in Alaska to find out who wins Alaska, but we’ll have runoffs in Louisiana, and a runoff in Georgia in January.
