Chris Christie is firing back at New Jersey reporters who were banned from a meeting. Local members of the press were barred from Christie’s pre-State of The State address meeting, while national members of the press were allowed to attend.
During NJ 101.5’s “Ask the Governor” show, Christie lashed out. “Could you find a group of more self-consumed people? On a day like that, they are writing about themselves,” said Christie. “Do you think the public cares a whit whether they got into a private meeting? If they want to act like children, let them act like children,” he continued.
