Chernin A Goner At News Corp.? Possible, But Not For Sure
Murdoch Golden Boy and News Corp. President and COO Peter Chernin is on the fence about his future with the company, the L.A. Times reports.
Chernin has had dinner with his boss Rupert Murdoch twice in the last month to discuss his future. He’s not sure he wants to keep reshaping Murdoch’s global empire or working for Murdoch at all.
We do know one thing. Last year, his compensation package (ending in June) was $28.8 million, even better than Murdoch’s.
