Chef José Andrés to Teach Class at GWU

Attention food writers and journalists who like to eat.

World-renowned Spanish chef José Andrés will teach the final class of “The World on a Plate: How Food Shapes Civilization,” his first-ever course at the George Washington University. After class, Andrés will cook an 8-foot paella for all participants. This event is open to the GW community.

According to a release, as part of the class, judges will select the top three videos submitted as part of a final project for the course.
