Most people don’t enjoy searching for a new place, but Apartment Guide hopes to change that. By connecting Facebook to rental listings, people can get input and support from friends and future roommates.
The listings site lets people invite their Facebook friends to join their apartment search group. Users can browse available units and save their top picks, then add them to a “My Favorites” section of the website.
There, members of the “apartment search group” can see postings about the properties (apartment photos, floor plans, information on surrounding communities) in their Facebook activity feeds and can comment on them.
