The Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) is being held in Los Angeles Tuesday through Thursday. Ahead of the video game conference, Facebook examined how its users were talking about games (and interacting with game-related content) on its platforms.

Looking at data from May 30 through June 10, Facebook said 18 million people around the world posted, liked, commented on or shared gaming content over 65 million times on Facebook. During that same time, 1 million users shared gaming-related Stories posts on Instagram.
