C-SPAN Announces New Editorial Appointments

C-SPAN announced today two editorial appointments. Paul Orgel, a 15-year veteran of the public affairs network, was promoted to the position of editorial director, overseeing all of the network’s on-air content and presentation. Also joining C-SPAN is Greta Wodele, formerly of National Journal’s “Congress Daily,” as a producer who will focus on the 2008 presidential election. Wodele joins Orgel as part of a team that shares regular on-air hosting duties for “Washington Journal,” C-SPAN’s live, daily viewer call-in program featuring journalists and policymakers discussing the news of the day.
