Busy Nook Experts

Remember this guy? Yup, that’s our yawning Nook expert (see photo below) from a bit before the Nook launch, when B&N first set up those Nook info booths in its big stores. As you can see, he ain’t yawning now–this photo was taken yesterday in the Barnes & Noble in Union Square in New York. He is, as you can see, helping one curious customer with her pressing Nook-related questions. At no point in the time this blogger was in the store was he mobbed, but at least he wasn’t yawning.
