Business Insider Raises Funds, Will be Hiring

The Business Insider’s editor-in-chief and CEO Henry Blodget announced that the company has raised $3 million in funding from RRE Ventures and will use some of that money for new hires.

In a blog post on the site, Blodget said the newfound funds would allow the company to hire more reporters, allow for more original reporting and to cover new industries. He did not specify how many people BI would look for, but they are definitely on the hunt.
